Returns
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@flexiprefabspaces.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item and include the RA number on the package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20 days
Please note that refunds may take some time to process and appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies. If you haven’t received your refund after the specified timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

– Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return or exchange as outlined in this policy.
